HZA100 Low volatge unit integrated panel

 1.Main application

        The Low voltage integrated panel (Integrated panel) is mainly applicable for 400V low voltage water generator unit, which includes: generator protection system, generator measuring, equipments control system and generator excitation, the integrated panel even can be used in water turbine control and secondary loop equipments. The integrated panel’s structure makes the strong current (Primary part) and weak current (Secondary part) be separated in the panel, this structure guarantees power station reliable working.

 2.Functions

n The panel’s functions include; measuring, control, SYNC, protection, excitation, speed adjusting and metering for generator,   it’s easily to operate.

n Reasonable structure, which makes strong & weak current strictly separated, it’s fully satisfy safe operation’s requirements

n Automatically adjusting and quickly operating SYNC

n Brushless & Brush execution both available (depends on requirement), automatic adjusting excitation and tracking network voltage.

n Rotating speed monitor (residual voltage frequency measurement, minimum measuring voltage is 0.2V), automatic breaking and over-speed protection.

n The panel equipped with special water turbine control system, frequency & opening mode operation are alternative.

n The panel would be automatic optimizing operate, according to water level, generator’s characteristic curve and others to adjust generator’s output power (The water level measurement via analog quantity or switching value to adjust), it’s effectively enhance economic performance.  

n Automatic adjust load given value.  

n The panel has sophisticated protection for over current, over voltage, low voltage, low frequency, high frequency; the movements are reliable and fast.

n Using 6 points RTD thermal resistance signal to monitor, providing 2 points direct current analog acquisition to collect water level or pressure.

n Digital input & Digital output and other module are easily to be extended, which according to consumers’ requirement to configuration.

n Turn on & off procedure based upon consumers’ requirement to compile, fully satisfy generator’s automation requirement.

n The panel equipped with color touching screen as HIM, sufficient visual information, and easily to operate.

n Providing RS485 communication interface, normal Modbus protocol, the panel can be linked with PC or dispatch terminal.

n The panel applicable for ‘attended’ & ‘unattended’ operation requirements.

3.Automatic device

    The integrated panel uses HZA100 low voltage integrated automation device as core control & protection unit, which can carry out various protections to generator, to complete the panel automatically & manually switch-on & off sequential control, generator SYNC adjustment & synchronization. The panel configured with color touch screen as HMI, the HMI illustrates alarming, & measuring data, and it’s also suitable for parameter setting and English-Chinese version change.
